The centrepiece of the system is an optoelectronic sensor. The basic configuration is intentionally limited to few components by combining a sensor unit with a warning unit, in order to guarantee a high level of reliability, longevity and simple installation. Based on each specific application, another sensor or signalling unit can be connected to a second room or a second entrance. In addition, ventilators and suction devices can be directly controlled via a switching unit.
CO2 CONTROL basic package
- Comprising: warning unit, sensor unit and distributor
- Description: for monitoring of one or maximum two rooms over a control centre / warning unit. Extendable with additional components, such as signal unit, switching unit or second sensor unit
- Areas of application: mainly in the area of dispensing equipment, protection of cold storage cells, CO2 cylinder rooms, kitchenettes with water dispensers, simple industrial applications.
CO2 CONTROL PA
- Comprising: extended warning unit with floating outputs in the low-voltage range. Redirection of the operational and alarm status to upstream control elements
- Description: as with the basic package, however, combined with the “external world”
- Areas of application: CO2 coolant area, packaging industry, CO2 fire extinguishing systems, hotel and system catering, breweries / wine press houses
CO2 CONTROL AM /AM PLUS
- Comprising: extended warning unit with 230V/50 Hz floating outputs, especially complying with requirements for CO2 coolant systems. Linking and confirmation of additional alarm units, one-man initialisation, shared cable for supply and control, additional optical-acoustic warning.
- Description: as with CO2 CONTROL PA, however outputs with 230V/50 Hz. The AM PLUS variant has an additional strong horn and a large flashlight to attract greater attention.
- Areas of application: Refrigerating devices at discounters, food retailers, food processing, industrial refrigeration systems
CO2 CONTROL accessories
- Switching unit: to control ventilators, external alarm equipment and all other systems that are supposed to be controlled by the CO2 CONTROL variant
- Signal unit: optical / acoustic protection
- Protective guard: for sensors, protection against mechanical damages, deliverable with 30 mm and 80 mm width
- Alarm unit: external optical/acoustic alarm system, acoustic confirmation possible, design with 230V/50Hz
- Illuminated warning panel: LED, 600 x 180 mm, 24V or 230V/50Hz variety
