For this, please see the further information sheets below.

Cookies
General
To make your visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e., after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and enable us or our partner companies to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies).
We use Google Fonts for efficient use of fonts on our site. Data is transmitted to Google (e.g., IP address and browser) from you.
We use cookies to analyze the accesses to our website and to be able to fix errors and disruptions promptly.
We use the “Borlabs Cookie” from Silktide (Borlabs GmbH, Hamburger Str. 11, 22083 Hamburg, Germany) for cookie control. This is a plugin that can be used to obtain consent for the use of cookies and/or tracking technologies. “Borlabs Cookie” itself does not collect any personal data.
Consent
The consent for the use of cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the website can be revoked by you at any time with effect for the future. Currently, we do not use any further cookies that are not technically necessary.
Control After Consent
Moreover, you can control and/or delete cookies as you wish if you have consented to their use. You can delete all cookies stored on your computer and set most browsers to prevent the storage of cookies. However, you may have to make some settings manually each time you visit a site and accept the impairment of some functions.
Legal Basis
We use cookies on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR as the legal basis. As described under points a-c, there are legitimate interests on our part for the use of cookies, and the application of cookies is necessary to achieve these interests (e.g., legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior to fix errors and disruptions). We have checked whether overriding interests of the visitors of our website oppose the application of cookies but have concluded that this is not the case in an overall view.
Deletion
The deletion of stored personal data takes place if you assert your right to deletion as a data subject if their knowledge is no longer required to fulfill the purpose pursued with the storage or if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons unless statutory retention obligations speak against a deletion; in this case, instead of deletion, the restriction of the processing of the data takes place.
Your Rights
Every data subject has the right to information according to Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification according to Art. 16 GDPR, the right to deletion according to Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 GDPR, the right to notification according to Art. 19 GDPR, and the right to data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR.
In addition, there is a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority according to Art. 77 GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
If the processing of data is based on your consent, you are entitled under Art. 7 GDPR to revoke the consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Please note that the revocation only takes effect for the future. Processing carried out before the revocation is not affected by it. Please also note that we may have to keep certain data for a specific period to fulfill legal requirements.
Right to Object
If the processing of your personal data is based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR to protect legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation according to Article 21 GDPR. We will then no longer process this personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims. To protect your rights, you can contact us at any time.
All information requests, access requests, deletion requests, etc., or objections to data processing, please direct to the contact details of our data protection officer below.
If you disagree with our data processing, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The responsible supervisory authority for us is: The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg P.O. Box 10 29 32 70025 Stuttgart
However, we would appreciate it if you first speak with us, so we can clarify any possible uncertainties or misunderstandings together.

When we provide links to other websites, we strive to ensure that they also comply with our data protection and security standards.
