GAS CONTROL

GAS CONTROL is a modularly designed stationary safety system for all applications where people or facilities are endangered by hazardous gases and vapors.

We have been reliably measuring CO₂ with our CO₂ control system for over 30 years, and at a cost-effective price compared to the competition. Simply ingenious and safe.

The experts for gas alarm systems launched the new SENSOR UNIT S as a stand-alone solution with interface module in January 2025.

Simple, safe, revolutionary

The annual function test and tool-free sensor replacement can be completed in seconds – including digital documentation. This ensures that your solution remains reliable and efficient at all times.

Safe

It is your partner for single-room monitoring down to minus 40C°, even for the toughest application – for example, in meat preparation rooms.

Communicative

Thanks to the Modbus coupler, the sensor also works perfectly with your control system. The app KUNDO connect in turn allows you to get the best out of your sensor

Stable

The unique stable protective bar, which can be easily unclipped for changing, protects the sensor from collisions with forklifts and anything else it might encounter in its working environment.

SENSOR UNIT

The sensor of our system has an integrated visual and acoustic warning function as well as a robust stainless steel protective bracket. Four alarm thresholds can be set individually. Thanks to protection class IP65, the sensor is ideally protected against moisture and is also suitable for use in wet areas. The sensor can be maintained and replaced without tools in just a few seconds.

CONTROL UNIT

The CONTROL UNIT of our decentralized system manages up to four SENSOR UNITS, seven ALARM UNITS and four SIGNAL UNITS. A visual and acoustic warning as well as the option to acknowledge alarms are integrated. Fault messages can be output via relay contacts or monitored via Modbus.

ALARM UNIT

The display unit for alarm messages offers both visual and acoustic signals and enables alarm acknowledgement at additional access points. For larger systems, an additional POWER module can be used for extended power supply.

SIGNAL UNIT

The bus-compatible flashing light impresses with its compact design and combines light and sound signals for alarm indication. Alarm acknowledgement can optionally be carried out via the CONTROL UNIT or an ALARM UNIT.
